Sunday Lunch Menu
We are proud of our new restaurant Beluga so we asked our chefs to show it off with a sunday lunch menu which takes traditional favourites and adds a little twist to make them special.
The menu changes every week, so you may have to keep coming back!

Starters
- Fan of Seasonal Melon, Berry Compote, Fruit Sorbet (v)
- Soup of the Day (v)
- Yorkshire Pudding with Onion Gravy
- Smoked Haddock Fishcake with Sun Blushed Tomato Pesto and Fine Pickled Leaf
Main Courses
- Roast Topside of Beef with Homemade Yorkshire Pudding & Rich Pan Juice
- Roast Turkey Breast, Selection of Vegetables, Roast Potatoes and Rich Gravy
- Beer Battered Whitby Haddock, with Chunky Chips, Pea Puree, Lemon and Homemade Tartar Sauce
- Cumberland Apple Sausage with Garlic Mashed Potato, Fine Beans and Red Wine Jus
- Slow Poached Fillet of Salmon with Parma Ham, Fondant Potato, Crisp Pork Belly and Red Wine Jus
- Vegetarian Sunday Roast. Yorkshire pudding, vegetarian gravy - everything but the meat (v)
All main courses are served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
