Look out for Darren’s home made Beluga "Caviar" which uses coloured jelly !

Locally Sourced Produce

All dishes have been carefully selected to ensure that there is something to appeal to everybody and Beluga’s chefs source fresh quality ingredients from local producers wherever possible. For example, Beluga sources stunning award winning sausages from Wildbloods butchers of Norden. We believe that local businesses should support each other as much as possible to help maintain local employment.
